With the support of a Life Coach you really can keep whatever commitment you decide to make. As your coach I will be your support person, believer, cheerleader, motivator and confidant. I can help you make whatever life improvements YOU want, whether this is improving relationships, career choices, life balance or anything else.
How do I do this for you? It’s simple – we meet (in person or by telephone) for one hour per week and we talk. You commit to taking actions during the week and I always follow up the next week. You will discover how you create your life experiences and how you can create anything you want to.
Kickstart 2008 is a personalized coaching program beginning any time you want in January. The two package options are:
